Refunds related to Life, Health, or General Insurance policies are governed entirely by the terms and conditions of the respective insurance providers.

- Does not guarantee refunds
- Will assist customers in coordination with insurers as per their official policies
Free-look period, cancellation charges, and refund timelines are determined by the insurer.

If a refund is approved:
- Processing time: up to 14 business days
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method
- Applicable transaction or processing charges may be deducted
6. No Cash Refunds
All refunds, where applicable, will be processed digitally. Cash refunds are not supported.
