2. Official LIC Website: Customer Portal

• Visit the official website of LIC.

• Click on “Customer Portal”.

• If you are a new user, follow these steps:
  1. Click on “New User”.
  2. Provide the following details:
     • Policy number (as printed in your policy bond).
     • Instalment Premium (as printed in your policy bond).
     • Date of Birth (should match the date of birth mentioned in the policy bond).
     • Mobile Number.
     • Email ID.
  3. Confirm that the mobile number is registered under your name and authorize LIC to use it for communication.
  4. Set a password following the guidelines provided.
  5. You’ll receive an auto-responder email confirming successful registration.
  6. Log in through the Customer Portal Login Page using your credentials.
• If you are an existing user, simply log in with your registered user ID and password along with your date of birth.
• Choose the LIC policy number whose status you want to check.
